Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as weather, carrier delays, or customs).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
The Den ships worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and may be subject to customs clearance. Please note that some countries may experience extended delivery times.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Den is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages & Lost Packages
The Den is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
